As some may have heard - The US gov't is pushing for a continuation of E15 blends into the summer of 2022, to combat fuel price hikes. This isn't fully across the board in all of the US, but it may be affecting your area. E15 is usually used in the winter months only. So, just like when tuning your car/having it tuned on winter E15 blends, this summer make sure the tune/tuner accounts for the additional edge an E15 blend can give, and still works without issue when the blend of 93 you buy is back to being E10 again.
Overall, unless the E15 tune is already borderline too spicy, it shouldn't be a problem, but better be safe than sorry.
