Random p2107

Cruising, then without warning, flashing lights not in my mirror but on my dash. Gimp mode, 2k rpm, pulled over, restarted and drove home with the P2107 code.

"The P2107 code refers to an issue with the Throttle Actuator Control Module Processor. This means the car’s computer has detected a problem within the throttle actuator control (TAC) system, specifically with the module’s processor. This can affect the vehicle’s acceleration and overall performance, making it a concern that should be addressed promptly."

Did a log before clearing the code, then after. When looking at my logs I noticed that my TPS is stating 70% and then 76% on the second pass. On the second pass I made sure that I floored it going up the hill.

Couple things:

1. Always google and post the short description of the code you're posting. Don't make everyone else reading this thread that doesn't have codes memorized do it for you.

2. For Versatune logs, always export to CSV (theres a button for it in the log view UI) and post that log instead. Also, in this case, make sure you have anything throttle and pedal related in the log.

My humble apologies. Fixed? I will add the other parameters to my dashboard. I just have it set up like my tuner likes it.

Log needs actual throttle and pedal position stuff logged

I will reconfigure tomorrow and Log again. If I leave too much at this hour I am asking for my neighbors to talk to me about my exhaust, if not asking to get pulled over.

Sorry for the delay. So for me looking at these and driving it, the pedal is registering the signal, ecu is too, but it seems that the TB is not.

If that's the case, then something to note is that both pedal and tb have redundant sensors, and I'm pretty sure that the logs only see one of each. Issue is likely either wiring, pedal or TB.

I remember the drive, and looking at the graphs you can see where I am flooring it trying to fight the weak sauce response and it shows desired rpm spiking, that steers me away from the pedal. I am going to reinstall my factory TB tomorrow to see if it outright fixes it. If thats the case I will email CS about it and PD about a new tune. I am replacing my wiring harness soon as some mazda places have them on sale for 350 last checked. I am have started amassing parts for port injectors.
