Replacement Keys/Key Fob

I'm looking to get a new key and hopefully a remote or two. I have a 2007 Speed 3 but dont know if those came with key fobs or not. I would assume they did when the car was purchased.

I figured I have to go to the dealer for the key and fob but was wondering if I can program them myself instead of paying the dealer labor for that.

I work for GM and we usually do a 30 minute relearn process for keys (or 10 minutes using the Service Programming Software through GM online) and depending on the year, command the body control module or RCDLR into a learn mode for the remotes. Is this similar or the same process for Mazdas?

If you don't currently have two working key fobs you will need to go to the dealer. The self learn requires two keys to initiate

I have one key for the car. Is it possible to do a quick key relearn by starting it with the old key the immediately starting it with the new key to be programmed?

You have one key and how many remotes? You need two working keys and remotes to program a third key

I only have 1 key for the car. No remotes at all.

I want to buy a second key and two remotes. All I'm asking is how the keys and remotes get programmed and if there is a way to do it without paying the dealer labor.
