Reusable oil filter?

Interesting concept. Not sure it's worth it.

Ive been using Motorcraft fl-910s ($3.97 plus tax at Walmart) for the 212k+ miles I've owned my car. Have never had a bad UOA or anything that would point to it not doing its job

I've been alternating between a Mobil One filter, and a Wix XP. Interesting concept, definitely. Maybe one of us will have to give it a try!

Maybe on a brand new car it would be worth it. I noticed it as well but at 100k I said fuck it. Didn’t see a micron rating though. Wonder if it filters any better than conventional filters.

Im ordering a custom cone filter with the drag race media simce i have no room for a huge filter (un-oiled 2 ply instead of oiled 4 ply) and ill ask them when i call them. I never knew they make custom one off filters for anyone for a extra 20 bucks or so.
