Wasn't there also a rumour about Kim putting in her underwear into orders from cs at a certain price point if a special code word was added in the comments section? Something about unicorn ball-gag when the monkeys play a banjo on Wednesdays?

Kim seems nice. I'm not concerned about her undies; I just wanna hear back from her soon that the lower tie brace bracket issue has been fixed, and my warranty-replacement bar is on the way, LOL.
