Running rich, heavy stutter, need help (data logs attached)

Hello everyone,
The car has been running good for a while now but today it started acting up again. My first instinct was my spill valve was having issues since the symptoms felt similar. Connected the AP and took the following logs.

In general the car was driving on the freeway okay but when I am accelerating the car is damn near undriveable, had to put my hazards on and pull over but I was able to make it home. The last log is particularly problematic and is where I had to pull over. I probably drove a little too long that way but hell I wanted the data and there was no appreciable knock. I will be doing a boost leak test in the morning but I would appreciate it everyone could weigh on.

Found that the intercooler to throttle body intake tube coupler came loose, tighten that up and the car is running much better. Still running a little rich though (14.2 ish) but at least I can go to work now. Nothing came from the boost leak test. Still hitting my boost targets but may be loosing a little on the top end but it seems to be able to build and hold boost.
