Should I sell it or keep it?

I've run into a little dilemma... I need a new turbo for my 07 Speed 3 with 150k+ miles that I purchased about 6 months ago. I'm trying to decide if I should fix the turbo and then sell the car, sell it now, or fix it and keep it.
If I decide to keep it should I replace the turbo with the stock one or buy https://corksport.com/mazdaspeed-3-turbocharger-upgrade.html? I would also like to push more hp reliably but I don't know if that's possible with 150k miles. I have recently flushed and changed all of the fluids, replaced the front CV axles, and have done a fuel system cleaning. My mods are an intake, full exhaust, and a cobb accessport.

Sounds like you've already decided to keep it and want us to justify it for you.... Keep the car and enjoy the bigger turbo gets my vote if you have the cash and want to enjoy it or sell it if you don't or are ready for a change

What is your budget for upgrades and repairs?

Was the compression test done on a hot motor?

Do you know if the valves have ever been cleaned?

My budget would be around 6-7 thousand.
The test was done on a cold motor.
I don't think the valves have ever been cleaned.

My first step would be to clean the valves if there is too much shit on them it can keep them from sealing correctly.

Compression tests should also be done on a hot motor.

Assuming this cleans up the compression then I would just upgrade the turbo and send it.
