Hell no. I politely emailed Alan and JP over at Edgeautosport, whom I bought it from back in December 2014 and asked if they'd seen it before and if there's any sort of warranty. With kozmic being closed on Monday, they said I'd have an answer today. Regardless, I didn't want to be in a situation where I wanted to boost and and couldn't because of flames shooting right out of the wastegate onto my downpipe, so I had it fixed. I don't expect kozmic to warranty a piece I've had for a year and a half.Did you make sure you put them on blast all over Facebook? Because Mazdaspeed owner policy is to do so.![]()

Yeah, my friend who rewelded it said the same thing. Said not enough heat used when welding either. Oh well, it is what it is. Lasted 75k before it broke lolStill, that weld may have looked pretty but dang, absolutely no penetration.
YepIs the dump pipe totally unsupported other than the flange?
Agreed. I'm not too worried about it, though. The weld I had redone is much stronger than the original. And kozmic sent me another one under warranty that I can keep as a back up. The original weld lasted 75k worth of abuse.Would be best for longevity if they were braced against something more than halfway down.
