How were you driving right before pulling the plugs? Ideally you should go make a couple of pulls and pull over and shut down to see how the tune is reading on the plugs.
I pulled them before running my datalogs. Didn’t realize it would change how they look if I did that but will have to try and see if there is a different result. I will update with that and on my compression test when I get a chance.

Do you have original logs saved from before the built motor? If so, post it up. Did you have the catless down pipe when he first tuned you?

Also get a log of dizzy and stage 3 back to back, same day. It's hard to see what's going on.

Almost looks like you had a vac leak or something going on when Jason first tuned you. The ltft on his tune is pretty negative now. That would also explain why it's pretty rich at wot. But Jason seems to tune on the richer side anyway for 91/93 pump gas. He tuned my car on the CST4 and it dipped down into the 10's by the end of the pull on the 93 tune. Yours is rich since it's in mid 10's almost the whole time, but I think the stock tune runs even richer than that.

I’ll have to go back in my build thread and find it but I will post it up soon and then post the logs back to back that you want. And yes I had a catless dp whenever he tuned me the first time and honestly could’ve had a boost leak when he tuned me. As much trouble as I have had with small leaks in a few different places it wouldn’t surprise me lol

So as requested, I have done a compression test along with also taking back to back logs of the dizzy and stg 3 cobb maps. Here is a link as well to my original results (with a bad ring) of how my motor did on the dizzy map. Checked my spark plugs while they were out and done a couple hard wot pulls to get the motor nice and warm for the compression test. They seemed to look the same as they did in the photos I just recently posted. Dry, carbon fouled looking, a white strap, consistent gap of .026 and the electrode of the plug pretty pointed. Anyone good at reading plugs feel free to chime in at this time or tag whoever you know that is good at reading them!

Both of these logs have zero miles on them because I flashed and then done the pull for each so they would be exactly the same in each aspect. Zero miles learned, same exact location for logs, and completely done back to back.

The results of the compression test were identical to the compression test I did after my initial motor break in period. Still seems odd to have such low numbers but seeing as how it was bored bigger and kept stock compression pistons I would assume that it could have lowered the numbers a bit across the board. @JohnnyTightlips had similar results so feel free to again remind me why our tests had lower numbers man lol Anyway here are the results.

I don't feel like my car is hurt by how it runs at all and so I am not too worried about the plugs. Seems to be much faster than before the build obviously and it acts like it loves the higher rpms and wants more. Hopefully get the privilege of getting a new intake made and putting the new stuff on and sending it with a moon tune!!

Looks good to me. Get the CST4 and fucking send it.
If only I have about $350 to use on it lol Sucks that is all that is holding me back but such is life I guess. I’ll try to get an intake piece here and there until I have what I need to do it. Then work on some tune money and send it! Can’t wait it’s driving me crazy!

Now that I'm sober and rested I would say that it looks like the plugs are fine but you might be a bit rich around town. Unless you are on colder plugs then the around town is probably normal

I Wouldnt worry about the compression numbers. Theyre all close to even which is what matters. That tester might read 150 vs the one i have may read 175.
Good to know because Jason had me nervous for a minute lol

Ok thanks man I thought they looked a little black but not anything too concerning.

Seconded. Different tester kits will read higher/lower than others, but the consistency you're seeing across all cylinders is bang on.

Ok thanks man I thought they looked a little black but not anything too concerning. I’m on one step colder plugs too so maybe im not making enough jam yet to justify them idk. I would say it’s a bit rich and possibly cold.

Well im happy to report that my new downpipe came in 2 days earlier than expected and it is of pretty decent quality in my opinion. I figured I would give a decent bit of detail on the ebay 3” catless downpipe for anyone who might be nervous about the quality of it all. Here are some pics of it and everything it came with. I purchased it from a company called DNA Motoring that says it’s in Texas. The inside of the vband adapter was ground on a bit showing they care at least somewhat of how it turns out and all the welds are pretty nice. A few undercuts here and there but overall a good product just don’t wrap it with exhaust wrap lol

Use OEM gaskets for the Turbo, the ones that come with the DP's suck.

Reuse your OEM fasteners, or get new grade 8 hardware, for the catback side, as well. The bolts they send with the ebay dp are straight garbage and WILL snap.

Vband is metal to metal, no gasket needed. That is the magic of vbands. Just don't over tighten the clamp and break it.
It came with one so didn’t know if it really mattered or not. I do know it is a pain to get the gasket in though so I will try it without one and see how it goes I guess
