Supra Slave cylinder

I’m looking to upgrade my speed 6 if I can. It feels like there is air in it but we have bled it and power bled it and haven’t got any air out of it. Was wondering if this might help with the heavier clutch

How's your clutch pedal assembly? Any cracks? This mod is more for the ms3 to replace the poopy plastic slave that's prone to failure

I looked up in there at it the other day and didn’t see any. It works it just seems like it’s not pushing the clutch fork quite enough or something. When it dont want to go in to gear I usually pump the clutch pedal a few times and then it goes in gear like butter.

Jimmie, this is from my Speed6. I couldnt see the crack when it was installed in the car. It was as if the slave wouldnt push far enough to fully disengage the clutch.

Also. Have you replace the oem rubber clutch line yet with the technafit SS line yet?

The OE line is prone to swelling and causing goofy pedal feel.

Edge auto sport carries the technafit SS replacement for the ms6

Thanks. I’ll have to check it further. So what’s the fix? Weld it and then weld in some support or does someone make a heavier replacement?

I’m still using the stock line I’ll check that out and order it today. Thanks

Haven’t had much time to post but last Friday night I drove to work and right before I got there I pushed the clutch in at the light and it wouldn’t disengage all the way. Couldn’t get the car in to gear so I had to shut it off then put it in gear and start it. Pulled the clutch pedal assembly out when I got to work and welded the crack. I also welded all the places where only a spot weld was holding it together. The clutch has never felt this good or worked this good since I got the car. Thanks lol. That was a little rough with the welder set up I was using. I wish I could have used the welder at my shop it’s set up with .025 wire and would have been much better because this metal isn’t super thin but it’s kinda trash.
