Timing Chain Job...tools?

I am getting ready to do the timing chain and oil pump chain on a 2007 MS3 with almost 190k miles and some chain slap/slop.

Special Tools: camshaft alignment tool, TDC crankshaft tool, crankshaft pulley wrench, oil pulley wrench, anything else? Anyone live in Phoenix metro with these tools that I could borrow this coming week?

I have done some research, and I have purchased a long list of parts:

From what I saw on a YouTube, my Makita grinder wrench will work for the oil pulley. I do not have a crankshaft pulley wrench. I have a harbor freight down the road and I was planning on maybe grabbing one from there or see if an auto parts store has one for rent. The other tools look like custom tool purchases online.

Any thing I'm missing while I'm inside the timing cover? As expected, I do have some oil consumption from this engine. Should I go through the extra work and take the head off and have new seals put in and a new head gasket? Any other tips or recommendations?
 
Thanks! Yeah, this is the main reason I ended out here on this forum. I was doing a google search for timing chain work and this came up. Great write-up. I just went and read it again paying attention to more details.

I just ran up to a local machine shop and it looks like it's an additional 200-350 for a head rebuild depending on if I want the valves done or not. How much extra work is it to get the head off? Do I have to take the cam shafts off to get the head off?
 
if you have any specific questions about the job that reading through it didn't cover just ask in that thread the guys watching are experienced doing it and happy to answer questions including the author

edit: not sure about the head looks like your last response and mine was at the same time (merged double post). I believe so tho, entire shop manual is hosted in the members section. @Rokusek may be able to answer that for you

I have a LOT of miles...almost 200k. I have to add oil pretty regularly, and I'm hoping that a rebuild (valve seals) will help with the oil burning. I'm all the way down to the head already. I believe I'm finally going to be starting this over the weekend.
