Going to try to explain this the easiest way possible.
If we can have a TOP button link on every post that is made in a thread that when pressed would put us at the top of that page or thread. This way you don't have to scroll all the way to the top of the page.
Why would we want to make this as easy as the click of a button, BECAUSE AMERICA, that's why.
