Torx Injector Bolts

So...

Chased down all the vac. leaks I had and during a short jaunt, engine started running lean again. Working on removing injectors to track down potential fueling issue, but previous folks torqued the bolts down to god knows what. The last bolt I have to get out is firmly stuck. I've beat the Jesus out of it with a hand impact, no avail. even after ~a week of getting soaked in penetrant. Broke down and threw the bit on an air impact -- broke the bit. I'm a few steps away from deciding it just needs to be drilled out.

Before I go that far with it I was wondering if anyone happened to know the specs of the bolt so I can search for a replacement, preferably not of the torx kind, to throw on there when putting everything back together.

Thank you, once again, for the help guys.

The only washer that looks right is this one

If my memory is correct you need one flat side and one tapered side. The others are tapered on both sides. Someone else would need to confirm the size
This one is the one that has the flat part

If shipping wasn't 35 usd to me I'd be very willing to be the ginney pig and just order them all to see

I would say go with majinspeed a kit. Def a great kit and I am happy to support those who have put in the work to help out the platform. Can’t go wrong with it.

Sure but it's 75$ plus shipping to me from the USA... If I'm looking at this correctly o may he right and then we on MSO have a cheaper solution that doesn't re use OEM washer. He figured it out and is turning a good profit on them which I don't blame him for but still.

I sell kits that are a4 stainless components custom designed for our application. You can hit me up on MajinSpeed Customs FB and IG pages. Graveyard Performance also stocks them.

Ended up getting the Majinspeed kit (your kit) from graveyard performance as I was ordering other stuff too. Fastenal wouldn't sell to me...

To those looking honestly the effort that's put Into this custom kit is wonderful, just buy this dudes kit it works wonderfully is it cheap nope but so far I'd buy it again having the stud and nut combo is so easy to torque and even uninstall and reinstall.

Good product
