Transmission mount inquiry

I just installed the damond PMM with the stiffer bushing and I noticed that when starting the engine, the PMM keeps its side nice and still, but the side with the stock mount shakes a good amount. Should I also replace the transmission mount or is the shaking normal?

Yes, as soon as reasonably possible. That bushing will fail, dropping the transmission onto your LCA and CV axle.
