What did you do to your ride today

What's the point of having a highway beast if you're scared to put miles on it?
Amen. As long as you take care of you ride and stay ahead of regular maintenance mileage means little. Sure if your goal is a high resale value and you're not keeping it for a while then limit how much you drive.

I'm very particular when it comes to vehicle maintenance and record keeping but it pays off when time to sell. The last car we sold was a '99 that 180k+ on it and the wife bet me we wouldn't get $1000 for it, it sold for what I listed it for around $2500 no questions asked. The guy looked at the records and maintenance and was floored.

TL:DR maintain it, drive it and enjoy.

I wish I was that good at saving receipts, and keeping logs of maintenance. Great job!

Getting rid of the tired Subaru. Bought the wife a loaded Focus.

Added a Maisonvi shift knob. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Nice. I had asked Ken about something similar a year or so ago but with deeper grooves so it wasn't a ball of hot fire in the summer. It's good to see it came out pretty sweet.

I found a little felt bag from a set of headphones that fits over it nicely. Trying to find my burlap Evan Williams bag or I'll have my wife make a cover.

A nice knitted ball hat that cinches around the shaft would be nice in winter and would probably help when it's hot as hell out.

Replaced my cabin filter with the fancy arm and hammer filters and installed my OCC.

Sorted out my front suspension clunk (loose endlink bolt) this afternoon. Sprayed my side markers with some VHT Night Shade last night; came out a bit darker than I wanted...may lacquer remove/sand it off and go for a do-over.
