What did you do to your ride today

Replaced busted fog light, did oil change from dino break in oil, to PP 10w30. Ran my first set of logs and sent them off to Hypnotic.

My car is so slow now that the road I used to use is too short for 4th gear. Didn't help that my redline was bumped up, I got scared the first time I passed 6.7k that I let off, thought the car was going to rev to the moon.

My 60-100 time was 10.2 seconds, haha.

Gotta have the stereo shop put my factory unit back in after buying a Rosen unit from a guy on another forum that barely works. Oh well. The stereo shop is trying to talk me into putting a more modern unit in, but the way I see it the factory unit did everything I needed. Once again, the thought of upgrading for the sake of upgrading got the best of me. I'm out a couple hundred bucks, but am none worse for the wear.

Ever looked at the Eonons for our cars? Lots of guys on here use/like them. And they look factory, with their fitment/shape. I personally went higher-end stuff that's more about SQ, but I definitely pondered the Eonon models.

Thanks, yes I did but they don't support satellite radio, and I am a long term SiriusXM subscriber. Living with terrestrial radio for the past 2 weeks, as that is the only function on the Rosen that works, has been pure torture. If I have to listen to one more fast talking car dealership ad I am going to puke in my nice clean Speed!

There is a Pioneer unit that does Apple Car Play and satelllite, without GPS, but it hasn't shipped yet, so I am going back to factory for a while. Maybe when I get a chance to see the new unit I will reconsider....I'm disappointed because I deliberately chose a top-end sound shop, but they can't seem to deliver. I have a feeling that the owner will be waiting for me tomorrow morning to try to make things right.

I've been having a weird issue with my eonon 7163, the applications stop working and since there no way to hard reset the device, i have to unplug the battery to get it to work again. I'm currently putting a ticket into the support system about it

my eonon was cool except for the part where it receives radio signals. i couldn't pick up hardly any radio stations, and the ones that i did they were static-y and would come and go. the GUI was clunky. it certainly sounded better than stock, though, when i used a CD, flash drive, or aux input

the pioneer i have in my fusion gets as bad a reception as the eonon did, though. but the pioneer in my bronco is great.

My Eonon works like a champ. My only complaint is that they didn`t give it enough ram so it`s pretty slow sometimes. I flashed a custom rom for it in an effort to make better use of what it has and lost all bluetooth so I went back to the latest stock rom and it`s a little better.

Reception has been great for me on, maybe the fixed that problem with the newer model.

My biggest complaint is Bluetooth sound quality is terrible. If I serve data to the Eonon from my phone and run music apps on the head unit it sounds good, but if I Bluetooth from the phone it's just unlistenable.

My driver's side oem sun visor broke. By broke, I mean the part where it swivels around seems to have detached itself from the inside. Almost like a battery that was overcharged and it ballooned. Anyway I removed it easily, there is just 1 screw and a wiring harness that you have to unplug. Looking to get a replacement soon.

I did a full boost leak test and found 1 leak on an intercooler pipe and the other was my EGR plug in intake mani. I used a TON of teflon to seal the egr and that worked but Damond suggested I use a heavy amount of Copper RTV and let it sit over night to seal which I might do later. I also replaced my Pressure Relief Valve as I was getting all sorts of fueling issues and only seeing 125psi at idle. The HPFP was also making some crazy noises when the Relief Valve was going out. Car is running like a top now but I need to update my tune for the boost leaks I fixed. Video that helped me figure out my issues.
