What did you do to your ride today

Today I had the amazing opportunity to go outside and realize my car was towed. fuck reading pa, fuck my car, fuck this shit ass life.

Replaced OEM AC Compressor & Dehumitifier @ 96k. It was starting to stick and had a lot of resistance. It'd cut out when the compressor itself got too hot as well.

With the AC on, feels like I gained 30HP! So much less engine load, smoother idling. Even with only 800 miles on my Damond side mounts, it is surprisingly calm and quiet at idle now. :)

I hope for an MPG boost, too.

Back from paint. My reflector job looks OK.

[doublepost=1559092031][/doublepost]Finished. Just need to change the oil and put my sandwich plate in for the oil pressure gauge sender.

Found a TR6 for sale locally for $50. Which of course ended up with me getting a new grille, crash bar, and cxracing kit from therpmstore during memorial day sales. :) My CPE TMIC will be posted in the for sale section. This should make my car way happier this summer.

Fully removed my Damond OCC and blew it out/rinsed it with B12. Holy SHIT there was literally a cup of thick sludge that wouldn't drain with gravity alone. Prob gonna do that every couple oil changes going forward.

Damn, that’s probably just a good idea to do every once in a while.

Brake job! Installed EBC yellow pads and stop tech high carbon rotors on all corners. Initial impression is nice note no squeel when cold I shall see how they are after break in. Time for blabbering: naturally I Iubed those caliper pins up great, but one of the boots on the pin is real coming close to end of its life o think with Canadians winters and neglected lube on the pin slider for the winters we've had. Couldn't get it seated properly but did get the slide through I think it's time to invest in the damond caliper slides hear good things.

As I ran out of time yesterday today the brakes and clutch got bled with ate typ 200, as I was due for a fluid flush so full bleed was done. I love the feeling of fresh fluid! Next brake service the damond caliper bushings are definitely going on all four corners.
