Assuming right side means you're inside the car so passenger side? Have you checked your belt/tensioner, axles, and everything in that area to make sure nothing is moving around?

ANY mods to the car will require a tune either via Cobb AP or Versatuner and from a reputable tuner (Freek/PD). For timing see the VVT how-to by Rokusek, but the engine he bought from CW should be a long block and already timed iirc. All the shop manuals/torque specs are available on this forum.

Unless you're using L19 or 625 headstuds I would avoid ARP. The OEM headbolts are fine for a stock turbo. Only use an OEM throw out bearing as others are prone to failure.
