Sorry to hi-jack your thread @rang-a-stang, just curious about whether or not one should look to replace the stock BPV when installing the BNR S3 or CST4 and aiming for 300ish hP / 325 lb-ft of torque on pump gas.

Another benefit of going with Stratified (for Canuckle-heads like myself) is that they cover duty fees for any parts that you order through them that are shipped across the border. But I'm not plugging for them, because I would never be opposed to trying another tuner recommended on this forum.

That's a good idea...this is what I'll do. I'll hold on to two gas cans (yellow for e85) in the garage with about 3-4 gallons each of e85 and I will hold onto one gas can (red for gas) with 5 gallons of 91 octane. I'll store them on a shelf at an elevation higher than my tank and will use one...

@Enki, unfortunately there is only one e85 station in my city. It's nice and close to my work, but with Covid, I'm working from home and don't drive too much. So in order to ensure that it's not a complete nightmare to deal with, I'd likely fill the car with e85 along with a couple or few 5.3...

Just got an email from Stratified stating my MAF calibration is spot on, so no adjustments necessary. :)

I took one log when I installed my intake...the power curve looks almost identical, except boost was about 2 psi lower throughout. However, the intake air temps were about 21 degrees Farenheit lower than these latest logs. So maybe I gained about 5-10 hP with these mods...not sure if that...
