Disclaimer: This is not going to be a fast build, you have been warned. LOL

First the Plan
HP Goals: 500-600 to start. Once a weekend warrior skies the limit.
Fuel: 50/50 E85 mix with Port Injection

Engine Specs – Going Big Bore
CP-e Stage 3 Pistons - 90mm 10.5:1
Manley Pro Series Turbo Tuff I beam w/ARP 625+
Block sleeved with Darton MID Wet Sleeves
Crank Balanced and keyed
CorkSport Cams Pinned (If they ever come back out, haven't lost hope)
+1 intake and +2 exhaust valves
70lb Valve Springs
Head ported intake and exhaust by Speedperformance
12MM H11 head studs

Turbo
EFR7670 T4 Twin Scroll IWG

Supporting Parts
PnP JMF Intake Mani V2 Port Injection w/ SP injection kit or CP-e depending on test results
Custom Top Mount Exhaust Mani
Custom 3” DP with Custom 3” CBE
Custom Water to Air Intercooler
Lots and Lots of other little parts and pieces.

Current Progress
Plan is to build this motor on the side, already have spare long block on hand and pistons. I will be sending the block out shortly for sleeves, and head out for head work. In the mean time I will continue to gather parts and pieces. I will update this thread with pictures and progress as I move forward with this build. Hoping to have motor finished by the end of the year and all parts in hand.
 
may I ask what made you choose to go with the darton MID wet sleeves?
The added cost isn't fully justifiable for the added benefit, but to me it is worth the added cost for better cooling / less chance of hot spots vs dry sleeves as I am planning on tracking the car. I also plan on pushing this motor harder down the road so splurging a little on the sleeves is worth it to me. Probably not for most people though.

Any reason you're looking to CS for their cams when SP63 has their own custom grind cams and already will be doing some of your work?

I think the ones from SP63 are over priced for regrinds, but if they are the only ones available at the time I will use them. CS are new and not regrinds and cheaper, but will have to see if they get them back out in time.

To me, cams don't make sense. They seem like more trouble than they're worth. Want more power? Change your turbo selection, or simply up the boost level on the turbo you've already chosen, assuming it can handle it. To me, it's like the metaphor, if there's a brick wall in front of you, you can try to smash through it, or simply go around it. We're blessed with turbo cars in the sense that "more boost and/or a bigger turbo" is a very easy way to get additional power.

Because cams can add more then just add peak power. Yes if you just want a number go with the other two options.

Adding boost everywhere adds power everywhere. And you don't have to deal with potentially tricky valvetrain issues that can pop up with aftermarket cams. But I do see your point. In terms of maximizing your setup, it'd almost be silly to NOT run more aggressive cams.

I agree can add some valve train issues but hopefully spring choices and such will help with limiting issues. There is A LOT on my build that can be done easier. LoL. For me that is half the fun, building it different and how I want and see what it does.

EFR FTW!!! My dream turbo is an EFR7163 (spool of a K04 w/ top-end of a GTX3076r). What manifold solution are you using; it appears you didn't get the Full Race kit?

Full Race kit doesn't work with the 7670 it is the next step up in frame size. Having custom top mount mani made by 16W fabworks. 7163 is a great turbo just not quite big enough for me. This will flow equal or a little more then a GTX35 but spool a lot quicker. Not 7163 quick but you can't have it all.
