2010 speed 3 stalling at idle

Hello I had a speed3 2010 , i change the engine from other speed6 , i just have a problem , the rpm get down to 480-500 and some times the car turn off , i just check al lines , coils , inyectors , maf , compresión , other turbo….. and when i turn on the a/c its more like 350-400 and turn off more fast

Post datalogs but probably a vacuum leak. Check all hoses and pipes first, as that's easiest.
