Hmmmmm I should find a clean 6 shell. My 3 is ROUGH.
There were a few on FB selling for a good price after I got this one. I just have so much work ahead of me.
If I can get it on the road before the end of fall I’ll be happy. If not, I’ll work through winter/early next year and have it done for next year by summer. Come join the dark side.

So I have returned after almost a year of hiatus with anything to do with cars. Needed some time to focus on real life for a bit and get myself sorted.
Recently got myself a new big boy job that pays the bills, and then some, and then some more. No longer will I be nickel and diming this build. If I am touching it, it's getting the best I can find.
Decided on a CM twin disc, need me some DSS axles, subframe bushings from @Maisonvi, and probably a ton more goodies here and there. @phate, @MS3brohanna and I are going to have a nice long talk about suspension as well. I will have this car running and driving this summer and I will not let myself fall behind. Nator MI will have it's hands full from the questions I have and the inevitable install day involving tons of alcohol.
I will make this car a 550hp+ rocket ship that also looks the part.

Just ordered my entire new fuel system for the car.
I have a laundry list of things to take care of, but motivated more than ever for getting this car on the road and making 600hp. I got caught up in the new job and haven't had time to really focus on it, but now i'm putting time aside. I miss going fast.
Exhaust work and mounts/suspension are the biggest things on the list, besides getting the engine in the car and going over the trans/tcase. Lots of goodies planned now that I can make it happen.

No but I’ve spent a disgusting amount of money in the last 2 weeks and it makes me smile and cry, also poop my pants a little bit.
Pretty much all of my fuel system has arrived, and hot damn this Radium regulator is sexy. I missed the days of parts showing up at my door.
Glad you're getting it going man and I know the feeling about the parts and $$$. I am sadly still somewhat in the lower money spectrum but I wasn't when I spent it all on my car haha Looking forward to your awesome build so keep it up! I'll be rocking your pi adapter until I need something different lol
Got the engine on a stand today. Now I can get the shell out of the unit and move the 6 in. Once it’s in, it’s going to be nothing but progress. I’m so excited.
I got lucky and my new job is paying me way more than enough to get this car done the way it deserves. Not cheaping out on anything as much as I can. I’m more than motivated at this point, just juggling around my schedule and everything is the biggest hassle right now.
