Accessport v3 help

Concern: Accessport wont communicate with ecu but my obd2 scanner will (yes i got a new cord and have sent in the AP for repairs it still wont connect)
DTC's: None
Modifications Bnrs4, grimmspeed boost controller, corksport TMIC, JBR 3.5 Intake, Hks bov, 4.5 bar sensor, corksport HPFP, Ngk colder plugs gapped to 0.026"
ECU/Tuning Software: cobb accessport
Tuner: Undecided
Is the concern intermittent? No
Can you duplicate the concern? yes
Recent Repairs: powersteering pump and big turbo install
Correction: Tightened pins in the OBD2 port and it connected right away

have you inspected the OBDs port to make sure the contacts are where they should be and not pushed in or flattened out?

That was it I should’ve done it before but my stupid head thought if my scanner works so should my AP3. Thank you and I also found the thread where there is a step by step process
