AP and Corksport, no love lost

So decided on that 29-frame for sure? Future proofing? Interested in something new? Like the fact it won't spool as fast for safety of rods? Other reasons? (If you wouldn't mind indulging my curiosity.)

All of the above. First and foremost was the `slightly bigger than a 28 but not a 30` flow/spool characteristics. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever (other than dyno bragging rights) to build this car to Uber high HP levels. Even at 340 with the torque I`m making the first two gears are there for comic relief. Third is questionable even with some elegant clutch work. Add to that the fact that I`ll be running stock engine internals for as long as it takes to get another short block built up, I`d rather be building it because I want to, not because I have to.

ATR is available if you take their course. 100 bucks I think.

The course is $150. While I`m not opposed to taking it, I would like it to actually be worth it, and I have heard it`s not very thorough. I like the AP for what it is, it`s a very useful tool. When the time comes to really push what the car/engine can do I`ll got VT and dyno tune it just like I did my 300ZX.
