Was at the track hoping to join the 10 second club, launched, 1 and 2 felt great, grabbed 3rd and she seemed a little down on power but I pulled it all the way through, and as soon as I grabbed 4th shot a huge cloud of fuel and went pig rich (maxed the sensor rich) and through it in neutral and had to keep reving it to keep it alive across the line. Needless to say I did not run a 10 because I only ran 3/4 of the track before running into issues. Noticed I had no fuel pressure and that I was leaking outside the injector at cylinder 3 and this is what I found:

This is the missing perch that somehow fucking exploded on impact.
As fucked up as it sounds there is a cap on the injector, it pushed its way off and went into the cylinder, came in contact with the piston I would assume and shot the injector backwards and blew the perch up causing the injector to come out, and without that cap on the injector it was like a garden hose with fuel.
Going to survey the damage today, hopefully I can reuse a lot and not have to wait until next year... Fasted 3 cylinder pass at 11.5 @ 128
