BNR S4 V3 Turbo Rebuilding Help

I have the turbo above on a 2012 speed 3. Blowing smoke at idle from the tail pipe and lots of oil coming down from the turbo oil housing. Looking for a rebuild kit but cant find one. Better to repair or replace?
 
I've talked to Bryan at BNR about this when I bought my S2. I believe rebuild is $300-$400 dollars but it's been a couple years.

As EB mentioned, just give them a call most of the time he will pick up. Super knowledgeable and really nice guy.
