Its only cold start (think under 60 deg F) where you notice the VTCS flaps missing. If you adjust the tune to remove the high RPM start the RPM flutters are pretty much gone.

Yeah my dp is catless too so I wouldn’t even need the high rpm start up anyways. If I get a flash tune from Dizzy he can do that easily right?
