Bubble of rust - B Pillar rear door driver

I have a start of rust b pillar rear door . MAZDASPEED3 2008

I just want to know the best way to solve this ... I know Mazda 3 GEN1 rust at this place a lot ...

i need to remove the vinyl black layer and after remove the rust, sand it, bondo, primer and paint

You got it.. Remove black shit, sand and treat the rust, bondo/sand if needed, then use Sem Trim Black to repaint.
This happened on my old P5 and we made it look new again.

I remove the biggest possible to made my reparation ... but now if I want to remove every piece of this vinyle ... which part of the window exterior frame I need to remove and to reinstall an oem vinyl ... is it possible to buy only the part left of the vinyl of the window driver side ???
