Clutch disc damage?

I got my clutch disc out and noticed a crack in it:

It’s only on this side. I didn’t notice anything about the clutch feel when I’d drive the car. Any chance it happened somehow after the last time I drove it, when taking it out? I’m not even sure how that would happen.

The other side is surprisingly ok. Oh ya, it's junk!
Hello, I have a car with the same issue, I can find a "clutch kit" for this car, but my customer is on an extreme budget, is there just a disk available? I've found the kit for $150, however for many import cars I am able to find just the disk for about $50 and rockauto doesnt seem to have this one available. I know it would be wiser to put a upgraded clutch kit in the car, but again, no budgfet.

luk is the OEM disk / pressure plate about 230 USD I believe on rock auto.
if you're looking for a cheaper flywheel fidanza or you could do the action fly wheel+ luk plate

OEM flywheel surface can be resurfaced too. Had it done, son wanted stock clutch feel so used a OEM takeoff that had 30k miles. I asked machinist he explained it's not that hard, labor costs here was $115.
