IMG_0109.jpeg as title says , the clutch line keeps coming off my slave cylinder whenever there’s any pressure in the clutch, i just replaced the slave cylinder and have never had this issue with the old one, i’ll bleed it for like 2 hours then whenever the pedal is fully depressed it just pops off. the new slave cylinder came with these small parts jammed inside blocking the line from going in, picture attached, not sure if these are required to be in the slave cylinder or if my line is just bad, the picture also contains the o ring from my old slave cylinder, one from a 2008 mazda 3, and the one that came with the new slave cylinder and a little square o ring that was in the new slave, i’ll also attach an image of the end of my clutch line and the insides of both new and old slaves, this is really frustrating if anyone can help please lmk

does the slave end of your clutch line have the oring on it? sometimes that gets left behind in the old slave.

i’m not sure, there’s no o ring in the old slave, but the tip of the line is also bare until i put one of those rubber circles on it

could be a spacer used to hold tension when the fitting is inserted I think @JohnnyTightlips might have some info about the various slave revisions out there. If not JT do you recall who may?

100% replace the line.
