Just got an AP for my 2010 Mazdaspeed 3. Bought the car with a JBR BOV and HPFP already Installed. According to PA, it was tuned for the aftermarket hardware. I obviously have to install the AP In order to use it, is it safe to run Cobb's Stage 0 OTS tune with my BOV and HPFP. AFR sits at 14.85 at idle, haven't gone above 40mph on this tune yet, highest I've gotten the AFR is 12.xx, lowest was 2x.xx but that was only for a split second after taking my foot off the pedal.

All Cobb maps are base maps that are only for running the vehicle before it is fully tuned. You need to have the vehicle professionally tuned before really driving it or hammering on it.

Do I need a tune if my only mods are a HPFP and JBR BOV? More like can I use the "Stage 0” tune that came with my Cobb access port so I can actually use it? AFR with the stage 0 otf tune was between 12 and 16, idled at 14.85

That's literally the only Cobb map you should ever run as it's the simulated stock tune but spicier as proven by Dyno runs. Yes you can run stage 0, ltft should settle after 20 miles, AC needs to be off at idle / cruise to get proper readings. If it's been that long you've got a leak time to go hunting
