The maf curve gets way off in the spots I keep adjusting. That doesn't make sense. You should be able to do 100 revisions and it should never get worse. You said that making changes does nothing so how does it get too far off after 6 revisions?
He's barely over 2.0. And the logged MafV/gs seem to be consistent with a stock sized MAF. More specifically with Cobbs MAF scale. Also seem to tend pretty close to his 2007 MS3 log, which I assume to be stock sized MAF.Also check your CL Max Load tables. Those can cause some wonky behavior when over 2.5 load (I didn't look at log).
Download my ATR and take a look at my fuel tables and let me know if you see anything wrong. This might come off a bit stupid but are you sure you're adjusting in the right direction?
Also, have you changed ALL of your fueling tables for the corresponding loads? The ECU might be looking up a table that you don't think it's using at that time, happens a lot. Make sure all of your WOT tables (knock and BAT tables are all right) also be sure to adjust the upper load portions of your CL table as well.
Yes, copied to maf cal b as well. No exhaust leaks. He's barely over 2.0. And the logged MafV/gs seem to be consistent with a stock sized MAF. More specifically with Cobbs MAF scale. Also seem to tend pretty close to his 2007 MS3 log, which I assume to be stock sized MAF.
@mazdas4me I hate to ask the dumb question, but you did copy the values into both MAF tables?

[doublepost=1492189338][/doublepost]Have you checked your exhaust? prior to O2 sensor? possibly a leak?
I have a mix calculator so I don't get too much or too little e85.Just a guess but I'd say it's possible you're accumulating an excess of e85 in your tank. Run pump gas for a few tanks then begin again, fresh. Are you mixing the exact ratio every time you get gas?
Yes, 5% ethanol in my 91, and 80% ethanol in the e85Have you tested it for ethanol content?

OEM Bypass or recirc valveBPV or BOV?

I have 2 Speeds, so I have swapped a few things to verify they are good, and the recirc valve was one I swapped with no change. My 09 hits commanded afr almost right on. This 07 is strange. I have a workaround that works great and consistent, but just kinda driving me crazy as to why it won't hit commanded afr.I remember having an AFR issue dealing with my BPV but for the life of me I can't recall what it was LOL.

Yes, triple checked everything. Not worrying about it anymore. I just command richer to get what I need. Strange, but it works. Very repeatable afr every log. Still would like to know why, but not really concerned about it anymore. Making good power for mods I have.I didn't read through the whole thread, so forgive me if this has already addressed, but have you already ruled out mechanical issues, such as boost leaks?
That's a band-aid, man. I highly recommend getting to the bottom of it. Commanding higher or lower than you really want, AFR-wise, and relying on some unknown issue to correct it is just asking for trouble. I say this having done a lot of tuning and having seen the havoc that AFR issues can wreak on turbo cars. Catastrophic stuff.Yes, triple checked everything. Not worrying about it anymore. Bandaid or not, it works flawless and I am done trying to figure it out. This is what it wants to run the afr I want, so we are both happy. That's a band-aid, man.
