Ended up being easier than I thought. May have a local try it out or something, but don't see why it wouldn't work. Maybe put a groove all the way around for o-ring cord if needed, but it should stop most media without it. Could put a little barb on the valve end of the media hose if more velocity is needed.

I can be the local to try this out, just took the mani off and took a look at the valves and they need to be done.

Only worries would be longevity after blasting em. I may make a metal blast shield for the plastic using coke cans or something.

Nice! I've got some sheet metal laying around I can probably make a shield for those so they're not effected by the blasting.

Duct tape will suffice to keep them safe from the blasting media.

I did mine at only 35k, and the definitely needed it, even with only that many miles, LOL.

I have the capability to print these out of stainless or aluminum if the interest is there. W have multiple dmls printers at work that could whip these out of stainless in no time. Hell, I could machine up a bunch as well. It would probably be quicker.
