Detecting if tune present, also VTCS delete

Is there a way to detect if a custom tune is already present? Also, does anyone try and tune for a VTCS delete?

I’m just trying to troubleshoot and as a long shot wondered if a previous owner had a custom tune that was never removed.
 
Take a log. Someone who know what they are looking at will be able to tell if it has been modified
