Boost on tune seems inconsistent

What pressure reg valve? The PRV or the spill valve? While it could be a culprit, I've never heard of the check valve where the hardline connects failing.

Pressure relief valve... I might be using the wrong name.. It's the one that caps our pumps at 2000psi - 2100 psi max.. but you don't really want to run quite that high.. When they completely fail you end up with almost no pressure.
