[SOLVED] Died while driving, cranks but

Was driving and the engine suddenly died, threw a bunch of codes but upon reflashing the tune I’m left with 5.
My car is modded, in progress of tuning with Purple Drank, BNRS4, ewg, hpfp, corksport side motor mount, unplugged EGR and other supporting stuff. I don’t think it’s directly related to any of that though as the car drove fine without any issues/cel (other than one for the egr) for 2 weeks.

The codes are
P2128- Accelerator pedal position sensor No. 2 Circuit high
P2088- Camshaft position actuator a control circuit low
P2101- Throttle body actuator range/performance
P0091- Fuel Pressure Regulator Control Circuit Low

So far I’ve only tried basic stuff,
Checked connections of Cam Position, and Oil Pressure sensors, throttle, HPFP ground, and replugged the ECU in.

Accessport reads 80-90 actual psi, obviously a mechanical reading would be ideal but is it enough to say the in tank pump is working?

seems like these codes and similar experiences have come up both in the Speed3 and the CX-7, but no one ever seems to post their solution.

Check timing, if good, do a compression test, if good check your grounds, primarily the one on top of the HPFP. That will cause these problems and that ground is known to break. Check all the connections for the coil packs and injector harness to enture those are connected correctly.

Can you revert back to a point before this happened?

Does PD know this has happened and if so what guidance have they given you?
