E30, what should my target AFR be?

I am currently running 9 gallons of 93, 5 gallons of E85. I adjusted the weight gravity for E30 and then richen up my map to account for it. Open loop i target .75 or 11:1 AFR. The reason I ask, is currently at 20psi, 5500 rpm I am at 99% injector duty cycle. Virtual dyno has me anywhere between 285-310hp depending on bats, road, etc.

I am really close to my goals for this car. I want faster spool and 21psi to redline but i dont feel comfortable at all with IDC at 100% 1000 rpm early. Ive spent days chasing my tail trying to figure out why my wastegate duty cycle was dropping lock a rock after 5000rpm. Now i am very grateful versa and mazda have these protections in the tune :-)

Target 11.75 if you are knock proof, 11.5 if you are not.

That will help my IDC some, question. Ive been googling mazda tuning like mad, i thought most people run out of injector around 360whp or is that on 93oct ? On other forums people are suggesting i send my injectors off to be cleaned / replace the seals. I have a spare MS6 i can do that to minimize downtime.

Max HP attainable depends on risks you're willing to take with the tune and fuel being used.
Generally speaking, if you're knock proof, you can run way more advanced timing to increase cylinder pressure (torque) instead of having to flow more air or run more boost.

Thank you. that did the trick. I decided to split the difference and target 11.68. I also fixed a max timing constraint for the higher loads i am now seeing. Went to my favorite back road and did a 3rd gear pull. 359hp on virtual dyno. I am still at 96% IDC with a max set to 90 18.5psi at redline but it was chilly this morning. 330g/sec

Keep in mind that on DI engines you can effectively overrun your spray window to a degree, but the degree you can overrun by depends on exhaust cam timing as well as ignition timing.

Needless to say, I don't actually recommend you do so unless you're aware and accepting of the potential risks, but I've seen cars as high as 150 IDCs before (that one was a test to prove out a theory, but still).
