I'll have to dig up the spacer somewhere in the garage and try againAnother possibility. Maybe you can get a replacement for either part if that's the case?

I got a 12" 6 way TB extension from Ballenger Motorsports. I will swap out the current harness if I experience issues again. I'm getting mixed signals about the necessity of the spacer. Tuna says not needed on ST manifold, Damond says it is, CS says its fine without it. So i'm just going to fck around and find out.Another possibility. Build is still running strong at just about 10k miles now. My eco boost crank is not keyed. I do spin the engine slightly above 8k rpm at 604hp. It may be wise to key the crank at 700hp or above.I just read this whole thread and it has motivated me to get my build done. How’s the car running? I have a question for you, I know you are running an eco boost crankshaft is it keyed? I’m shooting towards 700ish and haven’t found many people running these in high hp builds that I know of.
It was definitely a pain the ass to hit that extra 90 degrees. I used a right angle and marked both the crank pulley and bolt with a paint pen. I'm about 175lbs of pure fat which wasn't enough. I called over my 45lb 4 year old son at the time and he helped give me the necessary leverage to match up my marks.Glad to hear it’s running good still!! Yeah I was talking to Justin from freektune and he was making 1000hp on his unkeyed ho told me that instead trying to hit that 90degrees on torque just torque it to 225-235ftlbs which it what the 90 comes out to but less room for error just FYI to anyone who was wondering.
I don't think child services would like you using a 4 year old as a breaker bar extension.
I told him to hang off the end of the 1/2 extension bar while i put my weight into it. Oh well, my house, my rules hahaI don't think child services would like you using a 4 year old as a breaker bar extension.

Where in OH are you?!I'm in the process of building my genjuan. First ever engine build for me so I've been living on this forum site trying to learn as much as possible. I landed here by searching for the ecoboost crank & what bearing size to use. Then I proceeded to read this entire thread. I'm pumped to get this car apart & the new engine in. Not going PI but want this car to last 100k+ miles around 375-400hp & take long trips without reliability issues. Glad to see you got your build figured out. Love seeing these cars on the road still. I'm the only genjuan in my area. Haven't even seen a genpu either lol. Hope all is going well your way!
