Engine Rebuilt with oem rods and after market pistons

Hello to all mazdaspeed owners, i have from 2018 a mazda6 mps, i have a second engine with oversized block +0,5 and i would like to know the safe limits of stock rods if i use them, and aftermarket pistons +0.5 not forged if are safe for this rebuilt or something else. my goal is around 400hp which is the limit of stock fuel injectors

If you are building the engine do not use stock rods they are the weakest part of the oem motor

never heard of them, most run Manley

I bought Manleys for my first Speed. Second one had these. A good thing about this manufacturer it sells rods individually. So if you buy a slight rod knock Mz6 as second vehicle. Upon opening it up for the simple rod knock repair, and it had destroyed big rod end and crank. Buying a single one was possible.
