This is the project / support / feature request and discussion thread for the little toy I'm working on which should simplify load and aux fuel tuning/planning; it will be released to pro-tuners first for analysis and review, and then later down the road to the general public.

What it does now:
1. Allows for creating a power curve manually and creating a load tune based around that
2. Calculates required aux fuel (multiple types) for a given power curve based on specified power and fueling requirements/limits
3. Allows for blanket adjustment to fit with tuner expectations of output

Currently planned features not yet implemented (in no particular order):
1. Compare max possible stock fuel flow to flow required from entered power level (to make sure pressure doesn't drop and rods turn in their two RPM notice)
2. Better, user friendly interface, probably HTML or standalone application based (spreadsheet is easier for prototyping)
3. Auto MAFCAL generation based on intake inner diameter measurement (basically mathematically scaling the stock MAFCAL) or existing MAFCAL
4. MAFCAL adjustment for aux fuel (straight stop based on IDC)
5. MAFCAL adjustment for aux fuel (gradual taper so stock injectors don't hit the wall hard; this is how I did my meth setup)

So, what does it look like currently? Well, like this:

Yes, the calculated load output matches the expected fuel flow but I probably need to fuck with the math further so it's accurate if it isn't already.

The above screenshot is roughly configured for my current build plan (http://mazdaspeeds.org/index.php?threads/disi-mzresponse.457/) and gives me a pretty good idea of where I need to go with my aux fuel configuration.

Anywho, if you have a question, comment, concern, or feature request or anything else really, post it up; I'm listening.

Edit: Already found a bug where I was compensating for fuel type twice. Fixed, screenshot updated.

So, I spent a couple hours today trying to fix the way out of whack calculated loads I was seeing only to forget that this requires a valid AFR not a lambda translation (like we get when on corn/mixes). So, this is what it looks like currently (couple minor changes since last update):

Side note: I plugged in some values from a log + vdyno provided to me by @rfinkle2 and calc load came out to .01 higher than logged; I'm sure that after factoring in logging rate error, incorrect RPM in table and a couple other variables that it's pretty close to dead on balls accurate.

Next on the list: Per @phate will be adding a cooling calc to figure out what mix of meth/water is needed at what amounts to drop BATs a specific amount at a given airflow.

You're amazing. I'll devote some time to it tomorrow myself.
