I'm having a problem blowing oil out of my air filter.
I just added the Damond pcv plate and occ. Now I have oil on top of the valve cover it looks like it's coming out of the sensor next to oil cap.
I top off the oil and within two days it's low again. And today I noticed a lot of smoke after the parts were installed
The car has a Cobb intake other than that I don't know what has been done to it

Were you having this problem before installing the pcv plate?

Yes I was getting a pool of oil on top of the transmission so I added pcv plate and occ. But today was the first time I had a cloud of smoke

Is it oil or transmission fluid on the transmission. The transmission has its own vent that can get clogged and push oil.

Since the smoke is new after the install recheck everything you just did

The oil is coming out of the air filter and pooling up on transmission.

I also cleaned the valves and add EGR block off plate. I topped off the oil and will drive it tomorrow. I'm just scared of the engine pressure I don't want to blow seals out

What kind of haunted ass exorcist shit is going on in this thread?
You tellin me the oil is going out of the air filter, against the flow of air in the engine?

Edit: Pics

Replace the VVT solenoid seal, also did you route your PCV line to the vented can?

Yes I triple checked and put it on the lift this morning. This is the reason I installed the pcv plate and OCC

I followed the Damond instructions pcv to the bottom port and top port to the manifold.

that doesn't mean the check valve is flowing the right way, it should have an arrow on it ensure that's going the correct way per their instructions

I would verify routing and check valve orientation as stated above, but there’s zero reason to have a vented can on the pcv side especially on a stock turbo (assuming that because of stock TMIC). Can you post a pic or your routing or which diagram you’re using?

The arrow is pointing to the manifold I just pulled it off to check and oil is in the manifold again. 20250417_160450.jpg 20250417_160520.jpg
