Long time lurker/learner, first post.
Got my first Mazda 3 hatch in 2008 (2004 GT), and drove up to 200k before finally selling it off after finding a 2008 Mazdaspeed3 a few years ago (Silver in profile pick)
Profile pick was from when the drivetrain attempted to leave the chat due to a failed PMM.
Did some bolt ons, enjoyed it, and last Sept. found the Red 2008 below.
Sill also have the Silver one, but it will eventually be sold off (not the one in last pic).
45-ish years of turning hobbiest/back yard wrenchs on things that were pedal powered, graduating quickly to things that burn fuel.
Parted a speed last year, so literally have removed every bolt on the platform at least once (last pic).
Have a couple speed motor rebuilds currently in the works. One stock, one built.
Politics lean left. Regularly converse with friends and associates that lean all directions. It is possible. Don't plan on bringing any of that to the forum.
Unfortunate incident last Saturday with Red at the local mall parking lot when an older man in a Jeep Cherokee confused his gas pedal with his break pedal momentarily, so working with Ins/paint shop right now.
