Ground locations ?

ok guys i have a no start thread i did a few days back . problem is no fuel into cylinder. timing is good checked it , i have compression .i have fuel pressure (using ids i get 6.74 mpa cranking) injectors work tested outside they spray. i have spark. i reprogrammed ecu using ids nothing. i have all grounding points that i can find. my question is can any one name the ground locations in total so i can check if i got all of them ?

so far
1: hpfp ground (even extended to negative )
2: one ground on harness on top of trans
3: two on front of trans ( one fat one and one small one) (also extended to negative terminal)
4: passenger motor mount
5: driver fender area that goes to negative terminal aswell

am i missing any other grounds ?
my only problem is i am not having fuel spray into cylinders
i reprogrammed Ecu using ids
parameter reset for PATS
new cam and crank sensor
new maf
new Fuel rail sensor
 
Seems like this would be a good update to that thread....
Edit: have to looked at the shop manual at all? I ask because I have not

i have looked at manual but have not found locations points . i have ecu pinouts but i want harness ground locations and see if im missing one because as i go to search forums i found another thread saying there is two ground on top of trans and two in front . i only have one on top and two in front . which is why i ask for the locations
 
i did mention other threads (i meant that one specifically ) it states two grounds on top of transmission . where ?! i only have one . i need more people to confirm

Have you properly aligned crank sensor at tdc?
