How bad is 132k miles?

I have a 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 and just did a vvt replacement, I spent alot of time on it and it's my first car and was wondering if anyone knew how bad 132k miles is. Its a one owner car and the guy I got it from was Abt 30 with a family. The only mods were bc coilovers and a replacement turbo since the factory turbo broke (not sure how and the new turbo is probably a cheap replacement) and when I checked the oil at his house it was black, he said turbo cars usually burn more oil but he prob didn't do the best maintenance on it. Should I not do any pulls or does it still have some life left? I plan on building the engine eventually but I don't wanna wait until it's too late...

132k miles isn't that bad. You did a VVT replacement which is really good so you know the exact mileage it was done as well as the quality of parts used. The fact it was a one owner car is awesome as well.

The first thing you should plan on is replacing the High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) internals with upgraded parts.

The engine should last you a while if you're driving it responsibly and maintaining it properly. Don't bang the rev limiter daily or do extreme pulls constantly and you'll be fine.

If you're not sure of anything else on the car get an alignment, your fluids replaced, and maybe save money for a clutch if you don't know when or if it was replaced.
