Hy i am Roland i am from austria/europe and this is my sequentially shifted 2009 speed3 or mps how it's called here

the car is "fbo+" i can drop the mod list if someone is interested ...due to laws in my country i can't really do much more to it .... so it has to stay like this except of wheels but that would also be a nightmare to change and after i got my cancer diagnosis and my boss who instantly fired me money just isn't there unfortunately

also i can't finish the full sequential setup because i had to sell my finished dogbox unfortunately ..... so i shift like half sequential atm but we'll if something will happen again Screenshot_2025-10-10-02-24-22-43_40deb401b9ffe8e1df2f1cc5ba480b12.jpg
 
Rough man, but welcome. What's the shifter setup look like and the tree going into the transmission for sequential?

Also how much does it scream in first?

it's just a shifter i initiated the r&d for it for the speed platform it's completly pnp pop off the cables old shiftmechanism out new seq shifter in ....done .... but the transmission was a one off (buddy of mine builds race transmissions from scratch) and honestly ..... you don't even notice if you listen to music on a low volume he did a great job with this one and (at least for me) it's cheap af

if a cop would hear that it would be a big goodbye to my car and thousands of fines + i would need to change everthing back to stock pay a few hundred bucks to get everything approved again ....and so on
 
God I love Maryland vehicle rules. As long as you can pass an OBD2 emissions check every two years they don't give a fuck what you do to your car
 
Indiana is no inspection just registration for plates that's it. Love it here too lol Cops don't care what you've done to your stuff at all here at all

we must do a yearly inspection or we pay fines and get registration revoked etc. we can't change the wheels even for the same size without getting it approved from the goverment ....and even with paperwork etc. they can say no every change AND I MEAN EVEEEERRYYYYY change need to get approved and if you don't do this chances are high they revoke your license or worst case the whole car.... and fines and approval cost are stupid high .... we are also only allowed officially to Rise the hp by 30 %but only if the car doesn't get louder and the emission don't change ....and this also need to goverment approved BUT the cops revoke your registration if they don't like the paperwork ..... and they do that a lot

Stealth mods or time to move.

Can get a super stock turbo, looks like factory, flows way more.

can't move that would be a real stupid move and way to expensive + the doctors gave my maybe 3 years to live i live on 1604 squarefeet for 550 euro all in with electrcity + a small shop where i got carlift etc. in it......... a 600 squarefeet home is on average 7-900 euro without everything my monthly cost with debt etc is 1100 euro ....and i only get 1400 per month ..... and i have a custom k04 in it last dyno was 381 hp at 1.4 bar .... turbo should be capable of 450~ ish if my math was correct so should be right arround 380-390ish whp

That seems way bigger than what a KO4 sized body should be able to flow. Any details on this?

yeah but otherwise my treatment was 500000 euro and i don't need to pay a single cent

oem k04 with a is38 upgrade compressor wheel a inconel and machined garrett turbine wheel and a 0.63a/r turbine housing
 
Big difference on those wheels for sure. That still fits in the stock ko4 housing? I bet that's a massive difference! As for unemployment we get that but it depends on your circumstances how much you get paid. I am a pipefitter and don't get laid off work much but about every 5-10 years there are a couple times you might be off for a month or two.
