Lolololol I was only sorta kidding. Mainly because that’s a real thing you’d do with a v8 to get more base hp. I actually did that on my old car but I guess I’ll just deal with my slow boi timing till I get tunedNo. Absolutely not.
Edit: Slap yourself.
It’s not carbed it was also fuel injection. Not direct but I get what you’re saying. Didn’t think such a small amount of timing could cause such a power jump. Crazy. The more you know. If anything it might be a fraction of a tooth retarded I plan on checking again soon as it was aligned when I first did it an I’m hoping it stayed that way this time aroundNot sure if you've noticed, but a direct injected turbo 4banger is not exactly the same as a carbureted points driven v8.
I plan on big turbo with the goodies but don’t want to have to build another engine just yet. So aiming for that happy places of 400 but not blown.Stock turbo, e85, tune > big turbo, pump gas.
Phate can attest, having driven around like that on fucking street radials to race people. Free lunch, all day every day.

But mines an MS3
I think the CST4 is a good startStill the same block and fueling system between the two, 6 is AWD and has less space in the front of the engine bay (to simplify the difference).
Everyone starts somewhere.
Don't be a bitch; pick a direction and fuckin send it.

I revved my stock block out to 7500 on a big turbo, usually shifted around 7. On my current 2.0 engine I spin to 8500 and the tach hits the console (that's why it freaks out at the end).Is the first one you blowing your motor lol? How high can you rev the stock block?
That's why you had knock. Lol
Both are my car, bottom is stock engine big turbo and 70 WHP of WMI.
