Littleloogy's ADD & Has a Build Diary

Thanks @Easter Bunny! I might have to do that. I hate living here. I have heard that the VTCS is not checked by the equipment, but I would rather be safe than sorry.

Finally getting some nice matching 225/45/18’s and ridding myself of the ugly Gold wheels.

I don't think instagram has screenshot notifications lol

I did not think so either, but since I am a paranoid nut I checked out some articles and it said that with the story mode they will be notified. Better safe than sorry, ;-)

Wow... talk about a dirty MAF sensor. Time to clean.

I went with CRC MAF Cleaner because the can says proven to gain ponypowers!

Here are the plugs that came out, looks like they are gapped at .030. They look bad to me, but I am not a plug reader. What say you?

I will be replacing them with some LTR7IX-11 which of course are Iridium IX one step colder plugs. Gapped at .026. They looks so nice when new.

[doublepost=1517275800][/doublepost]Coil Packs Ohm reading at with 65k miles. Courious if the packs on 3&4 are wearing out or if it is the ones on 1&2. Anyone know the resistance on a new Coil Pack, because I do not or else I would tell you.
Cylinder:
1 1.830k
2 1.823k
31.740k
41.740k

Those plugs look like poo. Here's the info for the coils, I'd say they're all fine assuming you're going across A and B.

Spark plugs look like what NGK would call dry fouling. http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/about-ngk/faqs/spark-plug-faqs/how-do-i-read-a-spark-plug ...it does say dark coloring can indicate too large a plug gap, though other things listed that may be in play would be too cold heat range and running overly rich.

Good info, guys. Thanks! These plugs only had 4K miles on them and were used during the break in process. I’ll keep an eye on these new ones and see if the same thing happens to them. Also, I changed my panel filter. The old one was very very dirty...

Stock air box? Wtf son you need a Sri stat.

Does it help at all that it was a K&N panel filter?

I just can’t decide on what intake to run. I have always been a C.S. Fanboy so I was tempted to get the 3” size but then why not 3.5 and be done with it. Well, because of the Battery box. And I do not feel like relocating the ECU.

Then I saw the HTP 3.5 intake. That one looks good too. I find the honeycomb straightener particularly appealing. But again... ECU relocation. Maybe put in a 51R battery, but then I need to buy a new battery box too. Which I do not particularly like the looks of. CS’s small B-box looks great but is also not the cheapest option.

I really liked my htp 3.5" setup. If I did it again I'd do the same thing.

crapatalk it sucks for free

I have htp 3.5 without honeycomb and have had no issues. I moved the ECU to the top of the fuse box and run stock battery box otherwise. Really happy with my htp.

I want to be happy with it too. Can you take some pictures how you routed and mounted it?

Berry berry nice. To secure the ECU are you using some sort of high strength Velcro? I used something similar is the past to hold down my HKS, seemed to work well.

I used 3m double sided tape heavy duty or whatever it is. Heavy Duty Velcro should work too. I also looked one of the corners with a zip tie so if the tape lets go it won't be just flying around the bay. You could also screw it to the fuse box if you took your time which I might do eventually.
