Mastermind's Build

@Wilner John Agpaoa as @djohns said I do not run port injection. I just use an E mix . @Speedhunter I never did powdercoat my wheels or paint the valve cover. I ended up putting it back on and bought a second one. The car has kind of been put on the back burner as I needed to buy a new DD and then like an idiot started modifying that. Plus I moved once in there. After winter I should be getting back on it.

The only changes since my last post are changing up the cold side a bit, getting a GFB Respons, and going to a single exit exhaust as even more of the Cobb cbe failed (weld at the dual exit split). I know I said I had no plans of running 100% VTA but that also changed.

Was also wondering what you did with this cap ? Mine just came in today and some parts came with it that i do not know lol. Got everything pieced together except for this one. Did you also reuse the oem intake mani bolts for this FoST mani?

Well, the car has been sold. Unfortunately I cannot bring it to LA. Oh, I'm also moving to LA unexpectedly for a year for work.

This has been the most reliable and fun car that I have ever had. I think much of the reliability is due to all that I have learned from the forums and Nator. It was really hard to let the car go but it went to a local Nator guy (Kenny Fish). My dad bought the car new and I bought it from him so it meant a lot to keep it in the family. I have moved with that car from Seattle to Michigan and then to Colorado. It has never skipped a beat and has handled some incredible abuse. Kenny already has some parts on the way so hopefully he will make a build thread here too.

Booo. Should have sold it to your dad, kept it registered in CO and driven it for a year in CA. Then bought it back when you came back to Michigan after said year.

My dad almost bought it back for himself. I thought about it but I didn't want to risk it. Didn't notice the back to Michigan comment at first!

Are you sure you'll want him in Michigan after spending a year in Cali? We're not sure we will want him back after a year in Cali. Maybe he can move to Idaho for 3-6 months to decontaminate from Cali.

Well yeah, we will need to power wash the southern California off him. Can't have that here. We will just send him to the UP for a week thats pretty much the exact opposite of SoCal.

Sorry to revive an old thread but can someone confirm if we need a special Ford manifold version or part # from a 2.0l focus ST or if it can be from any ecoboost 4 cyl. ? FWD? I checked Dammond website without success.
I found that part # DM5Z9424A but not sure if this would work...

Looks like it will. You can order one from damond that comes modified already to fit your car. I googled st intake manifold and edge popped up. I'd order from them to be sure.
