I’ve asked several related questions over the last 1.5 years but hopefully I’m narrowing this down and I wanted to ask another question:
What is a potential reason(s) why the Speed engine would misfire considerably more when cold? And would it being one cylinder vs. multiple cylinders matter in determining why heat makes a difference?
I have been wondering if vacuum/boost leaks could cause misfires, and them getting better due to expansion of the metal as it heats up. I recently swapped out my Corksport intercooler with OEM just to test something else and now I’m getting much less misfires overall but it’s also now a random misfire code (for cylinders 3 and 4 instead of just 4).
