MS6 Multicylinder Misfire

Good afternoon, I've been having a multi cylinder misfire after installing new fuel injectors (refurbished) with Cork sport seals. One of the injectors was bad, so that injector was replaced while i checked the ohms of the other 3 and all were good. Car ran a little better but was still misfiring. I replaced the fuel pump and fuel sock as well as the fuel pressure regulator and the problem still persists. it feels like when i hit the accelerator its at 10% power and sometimes doesn't even accelerate at all then will kick in at random. all i have is an EGR delete as well as HPFP internals which neither caused any problems prior. I am military and have a hobby shop on base and I'm going to limp my car there and use their $400 scanner to see what i can find. anything I should look for in particular? I'm assuming if my car is running lean or rich? any tips would be appreciated. i cleaned the MAF and MAP and both are working fine. when I unplug my fuel rail pressure sensor the car runs a little lower at idle (4-600 rpms) but runs about the same which makes me believe its something with my FRPS. if you would like I can record my car and send a video. really hoping you guys can help me figure out my problem. thank you!

Oh and i have a custom catback exhaust. just a muffler delete really.

i replaced my coils and spark plugs prior to all of this and the car was running fine. although it was popping here and there before and after that was installed and i thought i was having intermittent misfires. that is why i did the corksport seals assuming that it could be leaking since they were from the factory and probably never touched at 112k miles

Swap the coil packs around and check plug gap. Did you get the injectors serviced?

I'd be curious to see what your fuel pressures are KEOEO, and idle.

There's a ground by the hpfp that is notorious for causing issues make sure that contact is clean and tight.
If you can see live fuel pressure check the PRV, video here

I presume all parts replaced are OEM?
